Lettering Camp Refund Policy & Photography Release Terms

Refund Policy

  • The total cost of camp is $195, which includes a $30 non-refundable registration fee.

  • A $165 refund (the total payment minus the non-refundable fee) is available up to 45 days prior to the camp start date. Specific deadlines for refund requests are:

    • Session 1 & 2: Refund requests must be submitted by May 24.

    • Session 3 & 4: Refund requests must be submitted by June 21.

  • Refund requests made after the deadlines will not be honored unless a participant from the waitlist fills the vacated spot. Parents will be notified via email if a waitlist participant is able to take the vacated spot.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to olivia@lalalettering.com.

  • Medical or Emergency Cancellations: Refunds due to medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the camp organizer. Appropriate documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) may be required.

  • Late Registration: For participants registering within 45 days of the camp start date, the refund policy does not apply. The full camp fee will be considered non-refundable.

  • Organizer-Initiated Changes or Cancellations: In the event of a camp session rescheduling or cancellation by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be eligible for a full refund (including the registration fee) or a transfer to a different session if space is available.

Photo Policy

  • By registering for camp, you consent to your child being photographed during camp activities. These photographs may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, promotional materials, and the website lalalettering.com.

  • No compensation will be provided for the use of these images.

  • If you do not consent to your child being photographed, a written request must be submitted to olivia@lalalettering.com  before the camp start date.
